An industrial kitchen is the beating heart of any successful party or conference venue and Will Chris Estate’s conference centre is no exception, being serviced by an adjoining industrial kitchen and bar designed to cater for up to 400 sit down guests. Our kitchen is equipped with industrial ovens, grills, stoves and equipment as well as large stainless steel prep surfaces, fridges and freezers that would be the envy of many a top chef.
Our kitchen has been designed to compliment a variety of dining experiences, and our facilities and practices are fully compliant with the South African Environmental Health practices on food safety control guidelines.
Will Chris Estate employs professional chefs, sous chefs and experienced kitchen, bar and waiting staff.
Our in house event co-coordinator works with our clients to draw up menus, advising on different food options and likely budgets. Where required, we will then arrange for a tasting session.
