We will work with clients to finalise the venue rental fee as well as the following:

• Equipment load-in and sound check
• Time that the doors open to your fans
• Parking
• Time that the show ends
• Bar facilities
• Technical resources expected to be provided by our venue
• Special rules and regulations
• Food and catering to be provided.

Our Grand Hall has a seated capacity of 400 guests. We also have smaller venues to suit more intimate musical events.

Our facilities sport with:

• A basic stage
• Basic lighting
• Additional security can be arranged where required
• Integrated private bar facilities
• Upmarket toilet facilities
• Various seating arrangements including banquet and theatre configurations.
• Integrated industrial kitchen

The following would need to be outsourced or provided by bands:

• Professional stage lighting
• Sound engineer
