Will Chris Estate’s various indoor and outdoor venues provides the perfect backdrop for your milestone birthday and each space offers many decor options which we tailor to your budget. Our venues are suitable for all manner of events including weddings, corporate functions, product launches and especially those once in a decade, big birthday parties.

Grand Ballroom – the perfect party venue for your special birthday bash

Our grand ballroom affords our clients the opportunity to cater for up to 400 guests, seated in sumptuous style. This venue is perfect for large gatherings due to its breathtaking dimensions as well as having an industrial kitchen as well as a fully stocked bar adjoining the space. Various bar options are offered including:

A full open bar enabling guests unlimited alcoholic drinks and soft drinks for the entire length of your party. This is the most expensive option but the best for your guests.
Timed bar affords your guests the opportunity to order unlimited alcoholic and soft drinks for a set duration during the party such as for an hour before and an hour or two after lunch or dinner after which the bar type switches to a cash bar affording guests the opportunity to purchase their drinks outside of these times. This option is ideal for clients who would like to keep cap their alcoholic drinks spend.
Finally we also offer regular cash bar options where your guests are expected to purchase their own alcoholic drinks. This is the most cost effective option, ideal for planners on a tight budget.

Our grand ballroom also offers clients a vast array of decor options incorporating the furniture itself, (tables and chairs) table decor including table flowers, candles, cutlery & crockery as well as various themed table props, party or hostess gifts and bonbonniere. We also offer a number of hall decor options ranging from fairy lights to drapery, rugs and can even assist with stage lighting and our audio visual equipment is also available for hire.
